Acceptance & Party Definitions
By using Clicker BOS — whether as a subscribed company, employee, or company client — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Terms for Subscribed Companies (Tenants)
Subscription & Billing
- Subscription billed in advance (monthly or annually) per selected plan
- Account activation is immediate after payment verification
- We may suspend service after 14 days of overdue payment with prior notice
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately — downgrades at next billing cycle
- Cancellation accepted anytime — service continues until cycle end

Terms for Company Employees
Employees use the platform via accounts created by their company's admin. By using the platform, employees agree to:
- Honest attendance: No attendance check-in from outside work location with intent to deceive
- Credential confidentiality: Never share password or JWT token with anyone
- Business use only: Use platform for work purposes within the company only
- GPS consent: When using office attendance — GPS is required for the service nature
- Monitoring awareness: Employee acknowledges their records are visible to employer
- Account responsibility: Employee responsible for all activities from their account

Terms for Company Clients (Client Portal)
📌 Important clarification: The company client contracts with the tenant company subscribed to Clicker BOS, not with MOU International Group. This portal is a communication tool between the company and its clients.
Client Rights in the Portal
- View roadmaps and deliverables designated to them by the tenant company
- Approve, request revision of, or reject workflow blocks (per role: owner/member)
- Comment on workflow blocks to communicate with the company team
- Download files and deliverables designated with company's permission
- View subscription details with the company (plan, renewal, quota)
Client Obligations
- Business use only: Use portal to monitor contracted services with the company
- Credential confidentiality: Do not share portal account with unauthorized parties
- Binding approvals: Approve/reject actions are legally binding and recorded in a non-deletable audit log
- Professional communication: Comments must be professional and work-related
- One account per email: No creating multiple accounts with same email
⚠️ Important notice: Approval and rejection records are an append-only audit log. No approval action can be modified after execution — this legally protects both parties.

Permitted & Prohibited Use
Permitted for All Parties
- Using the platform for lawful business purposes described in these Terms
- Integrating with mobile app via approved APIs per official documentation
- Exporting your own data via available export functions
🚫 Strictly Prohibited
Violating any of the following results in: immediate account termination + appropriate legal action.
- Hacking or security testing the platform without prior written authorization
- Accessing other tenants' or clients' data
- Fraudulent attendance registration (from non-work location with intent to deceive)
- Creating bots or unauthorized automation to access APIs
- Extracting or copying source code or database structure
- Reselling the service or renting accounts to third parties
- Using client portal to obtain confidential business data for unauthorized purposes
- Any activity violating Jordanian Labor Law or user rights
- Registering fictitious employees or falsified data in the system

Tenant Obligations Toward Its Clients
📌 This clause specifically concerns the relationship between the tenant company and its portal clients — a new addition due to the Client Portal system.
- Disclosure: Tenant company must inform its clients that the client portal operates on Clicker BOS by MOU International Group
- Consent: Company must ensure obtaining necessary consent from clients for data processing
- Proper configuration: Company responsible for properly configuring client portal (defining what's visible to each client)
- No misuse: Company prohibited from using client portal data for purposes outside their contract with clients
- Deletion requests: When receiving deletion request from portal client, company must coordinate with Clicker team
- Account protection: Company must not share portal client credentials with unauthorized employees

Disclaimers & Liability Limitation
Service provided "as-is." To extent permitted by law:
- Not liable for administrative or employment decisions made by tenant based on system data
- Not liable for disputes between the tenant company and its clients
- Not liable for any party's misuse of the platform
- Maximum liability does not exceed the subscription value for the month damage occurred
- Not liable for indirect losses or lost profits

Amendments to Terms
For material changes: 14-day advance email notice to admins + in-app notification. Continued use means acceptance. Right to terminate available if amendments are rejected.
